1. The 30-Day Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery to initiate a return or exchange for any unworn item in its original condition.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a full refund:

• The leather item must be unused, unaltered, and free of scuffs, perfume, or cosmetic marks.
• The item must include its original dust bag, tags, and protective packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or email address used at checkout) must be provided.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Submit Request: Send an email to our concierge team at licy5203@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for return.
2. Receive Authorization: Within 24 hours, our team will provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.
3. Dispatch: Securely package the item in its protective box and ship it back using a trackable carrier.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once our workshop inspects the returned piece, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Exchanges

Need a different color or silhouette? We provide complimentary exchange shipping on all domestic and standard international orders. Contact us at licy5203@gmail.com to reserve your replacement piece.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your package arrives with an irregularity or transit damage, please notify us immediately at licy5203@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a complimentary immediate replacement or full refund.
