What makes FERTWIY leather bags unique?
Every FERTWIY bag is cut from genuine, full-grain natural hides, hand-assembled by master leather artisans. We intentionally do not stamp exterior logos, choosing instead to focus all resources on superior leather density, solid brass hardware, and clean architectural proportion.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within North America and Europe typically takes 3–5 business days. Worldwide international shipping takes approximately 5–8 business days with full online tracking.

How should I care for my leather bag?
Natural leather develops a beautiful patina with age. We recommend wiping your bag with a soft dry cloth and applying a neutral, organic leather balm once or twice a year. Keep away from prolonged intense heat and direct moisture.
How can I track my order?
Once your package leaves our atelier, an automatic dispatch notification containing your tracking number is sent to your email. You can follow the journey directly on the carrier portal.
